We are so excited to offer this Menopause Healing Retreat for Women going through the Peri Menopause or waxing through the Menopause and any Sisters who can see it on the horizon.  We will be working with the Plant Spirit Rose for heart healing and you will receive guidance on how to walk the Menopause  path with grace and energy through minimising Hot flushes, Brain fog, Irritability, Mood swings and so much more…

The morning will also include a mini Plant diet with Rose for healing Key Chakras.
We will also be sharing Self healing practises to nourish, rejuvenate  and raise our Vibrancy.
It will be an experiential morning with lots of opportunities for sharing.

Shamanic Journey and Plant Spirit Initiation with the Celtic Tree Spirit Hawthorn and the Magical Isis on Saturday 7 May to Sunday 8 May 10.00 to 16.00

We are so excited to offer a new 2 day Shamanic workshop to Honour and receive initiation from the Beautiful Spring Tree Hawthorn and the Wise Egyptian deities Isis, Osiris, Auset and Ausir and receive their Gifts of Healing, Magic and Wisdom to Empower and Harmonise us and our Sacred Feminine and Masculine energies.

Lady Hawthorn is a member of the rose family and holds the medicine of healing the heart. The Tree spirits are the great listeners of this world and existed before humanity walked this earth. They ask that we open our hearts, listen and reweave our ancient connections to the spirits of the plant kingdom and the land.

We will journey to Isis, Osiris, Auset and Ausir who are connected to Lady Hawthorn, to receive their gifts of empowerment and healing to our Divine essence.

We will be working with Lady Hawthorn’s sacred elixir, Sacred Ceremony, Shamanic Journey, Song and Egyptian Yoga.
We will be working with these powerful helping spirits to
1.Allow our sacred river of Creativity to flow
2.Reconnect and blossom our Feminine wisdom and magic
3.Receive Indigenous Egyptian teachings and learn the Egyptian yoga postures to harmonise our mind and body
4.Go on a Sacred Pilgrimage through a small Wild Life Reservoir to reweave our connection to Mother Earth.
We will work with Lady Hawthorn in a non invasive and ethical way.
Please note, to attend the workshop you will need to have some shamanic experience particularly in Shamanic Journeying. (Hallucinogenic plants will not be consumed)
The venue is intimate and ideal for us. However, places are limited.
The Workshop will be held at a venue in North West London. The Investment is £120 payable by 14 April 2022 and £150 thereafter.

We stand on the shoulders of our ancestors physically and spiritually as we have seeded within us their blood, bones, patterns, challenges and gifts.

Chakra Clearing and Alignment Meditation for Deep Healing

I am really excited to be sharing this new meditation with you. It is particularly relaxing for those that have general anxiety and are sensitive to heavy energies. It enables you to clear the heavy energy from your aura aligning your Chakras and bathing yourself in the vibration of Love. I have found it very powerful and for me is needed as a regular practise to keep aligning my energy.

I was shown this meditation by a group of my allies.
